Inspired by her Southern roots and enriched by her experiences in nature, Edy specializes in visual art that bridges the gap between imagination and reality.
With a background in Studio Art and Painting, Edy's artistic style reflects her deep connection to nature, particularly horses and rural landscapes. But her journey doesn't end there. Edy's commitment to personal growth led her to trainings in David Elliott's Breathwork Healing Facilitation and Neurowise Leadership with Elisha Halpin, as well as online learning experiences with Linda Kohanov, best known in the field of "equine facilitated psychotherapy" and as the author of five books, including "The Tao of Equus: A Woman's Journey of Healing and Transformation through the Way of the Horse" (2001) and "Riding between the Worlds: Expanding Our Potential." These experiences further enrich her practice and allow her to guide others on transformative journeys.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Edy is a facilitator of SEED workshops, guiding individuals on journeys of self-reflection and social awareness. She wears many hats - from curator to writer to muralist - each role contributing to her mission of spreading creativity and healing. Edy also brings more than 25 years of experience as an art educator, sharing her passion for creativity and self-expression with others.
